This is an efficient model of how one ABE program creates a proposal and then easily turns that document into an agreement. Many ABE programs are not able to write legally binding contracts but are able to work with a signed agreement.
Check with your ABE management to see which type of document your school district requires. Metro East ABE uses this document as a means of proposing a class and then changes some of the verbiage to turn the document into an agreement.
